Omg. Where do I begin. SEARS IS THE WORST!!! The technicians take it upon themselves to cancels appts b/c they don't know wth they are doing. My washer has been leaking since 1 and they ahve ben out 6 times now and still have not fixed it correctly... Still leaking...$4K in damage later... Had to file to claims and request replacing the washer but they refuse... So let the idiots continue to waste money on damages and parts b/c they are don't know wth they are doing.
