My recent experience with Firestone leaves lots of questions, with the usual blather trying to cover their a—. Their $99.00 charge to analyze a vehicle is unreasonable when the customer, me, tells them what is wrong. I would have expect their $21.00 would be more in line with reasonableness. Plus, they mark parts up by more than 80%, and then state they are reasonable. Phooey... They have lost one more client.
They don't want to make it right; they practice corporate greed as a routine.
