Ordered a leapfrog leappad for my grandson for Christmas from Sears online. It has been lost and Sears does not care about finding it. Gave us an out of service number to try to call ourselves. Refuse to return our money. Another order never received a conformation number so I cannot track it and see if it is on it's way. Very poor customer service.
