Wast Service from Samsung

Dear All,

I am a Customer for samsung. My DVD R/W got problem. I have given to RATNA ElECTRONICS on 30/7 Work Order # on8/07/11/ 150 and hand over to Mr M. Sankar

Totay i again visited for collecting my drive. They told to come after 6 days and given a toll free number 040-30308285 to confirm

I discussed with customer care they told no stock or same drive. I am very much Annoyed by this WAST service from Samsung BP No 8434549335
