I began employed by estes specific in June we did the flatbed deliveries for homedepot. Homedepot began performing history investigations on me in august. 2010. They went an overall total of 3 background investigations. From Aug to Oct. 2011. All without my understanding or authorization to do this. After I got employed by estes they went there required history and returned ten years. They employed me and that I worked for them to get a year 5.in Oct. 2011 homedepot runs a next background-check exposing a confidence from after I was 19 yrs old. They went to estes and advised them-and I had been ended after being injured at work. Homedepot and estes enjoyed in illegitimate steps and broke my FCRA rights. They never had authorization and that I believe that due to there company methods you will find far more patients. I'm wanting to get a-class action suit against them. Are you currently attached by either organization???
