Pottery Barn No Warranty on Mattress

We purchased a Serta Pillowtop mattress from Pottery Barn for approximately 1400 dollars in July. The mattress was sold by Pottery Barn but came packaged with a Serta warranty. Within one year the mattress was sagging badly contributing to awful back pain for both of us.

We tried rotating the mattress as recommended but this did not make a difference. We tried contacting Serta for months and months and were always promised a callback by a person from the warranty department. Despite countless phone calls, they refused to even evaluate the mattress. Unfortunately, we are busy people and do not have the time to put more effort into this struggle. We are currently contacting a lawyer for more information on what we can do for this case of fraud.

This is clearly a case of false advertising and refusing to stand behind their product. Given the obviously poor workmanship of their mattress, I can see why they offer no real warranty.
