An order was placed for an electric fireplace for home use on June. My credit card was charged for the amount of $749.00US Dollars on July 11. Until now I have not received the product. The Company does not respond to my daily phone calls, only a recording to leave messages is the only answer from these people. Iwas told that the free delivery was to be expected in 4 to 6 weeks from the day of the phone order, now September is coming and still no contact with any person or return calls have been received from this fireplace company. There is just no way to talk to any sales person or any respond from them, in the mean time my card was charged in full. Please I need help to exposed this company or see about getting my product as offered. At this time I am in dispute procedures to stop payment to this company from my credit card.
