Several years ago when we added on to our home, we purchased 2 ventless fireplaces online from Hearthside Distributors. At first I was nervous to buy something like this without seeing it in person, but Kevin was very helpful. When the fireplaces arrived they were just as I expected and have worked very well. Last fall, a part that helps keep the pilot light lit went out so I called Kevin and was able to purchase the replacement parts thru him. We were able to switch out the parts without calling a repairman. Thanks for selling dependable products and being easy to do business with!
