Purcased 3 art pieces online, payment made on April but package recieved one month later not 5 days as promised. Onced received the art pictures were the wrong ones and two of them had the wrong frames. Called Elad and inform him that same day, agreed to keep one and mail back the other two.
Once the package was returned to Online they claimed they never got the package even though it had a confirmation number. I was charged $154.89 for 3 art pieces plus shipping and they will not give me a refund. The art work I kept was only $22.00. I emailed them and they now they said that they moved to New York and that is why they never received my package.
I have reported them to the BBB and filed a complaint. Buyer beware they are a rip off company and are very dishonest.
