Purchased Christmas gift online. Advertised as Coach (including logo) and quick delivery. It was one of the first links when you google coach online. I used the help desk because package never arrived in time for holiday. Responses were false promises and in broken english. I kept requesting a customer service number and eventually asked how to get a refund. Responsed always said your package is in the mail.
The package arrived from China. The wristlet purse was poorly made and the inside lining had a run going through it. It was a fake and poor attempt at a coach product. I emailed again for a phone number and instructions on how to get my money back. No one ever responded.
