On april 11 i purchased online pet supplies for $607.01. Sadly my dog passed away unexpectedly. I emailed the company and was told to refuse the package, a credit would be issued when it was returned. On april 30, a credit was made to my visa of $401.00. When i questioned the charge of $200.00 they claimed the package (which i never received) was returned damaged.
Each representative that i spoke with, agreed that i had a case, but would not give any credit back. This is complete fraud!!! Amazing! I have it in writing and they still won't credit back my account!
