I am delighted to inform you all that RIRIC has received the State Governors Approval by way of a Government Letter for the the following permissions to be issued immediately; 17 acre site and surrounding 200 acres. 1200 acre site in Nandi Hills.
Then I was sent this a year ago again by Manoj Benjamin:
"We have the written Govt permissions on the test site after the 6 Year Govt re-zoning delay"
Now on March Ravi Benjamin has recently made the following post:
The permit for the development are almost in. So let's hope for a late 2012 construction start. We can fianlly deliver what has been promised to our valued customers. Very bad that it took so long. But the wait will be worth it in the end. The plans looks fantastic.

Seven years from 2005 sales start with no development or permissions yet as of May. Thirteen years from 1999 investments with no Royal Indian Raj investor returns. Can anyone tell me what is going on here?
