WebStores123.com Refund RipOff and Lies to New York Attorney General and BBB

I placed an order and then, WITHIN MINUTES, contacted them to cancel a portion of the order. HomeCenter.com shipped (and charged) the full order. THE DAY I received it I contacted them to get an RMA (as they require) and a return address. After over a month of NO RESPONSE to my near-daily requests, I alerted them (through their website—the only way to contact them) that I was sending it to the address it came from. They refused the package.

I complained to the Better Business Bureau and to the New York State Attorney General's office. The contradictory lies contained in responses by Brian Okin would be funny were it not for all the people these creeps rip off.in one response Okin claims he issued a refund. He lied. Later, he told the NY AG he was going to issue a refund. Never happened. Just today, I got his response to the BBB that he could not issue a refund because the request was not made in time (I guess the day you receive it is too late).

Note that their website provides no way to talk to them. No phone or fax number. You can only email through their website and their address is a mailbox number.

Be warned from this complaint and the others all over the internet. Stay away from these lying thieves.
