First American sent out contractor North Star Mechanical for a A/C rep tech found a 18" low voltage wire cut needed to be replaced cost $ 140.00 what a rip off when asked how he got to such a price he informed he had to go to school to and thats his price also its hot in TX and when i called his company i was informed he determines the rate as he is on site.
