We bought service for 3 properties and when we needed service, unless you have the original user manual and can prove weekly maintenance on the item to be repaired, they do not cover anything. I requested a refund and they do not answer and may have diconnected the phone lines... Now I have to go to BBB and Attorney General and hope that they can do something so I don't have to do business with MS13 or Hells' Angels to go have a talk with their scamming "National Manager"Jarod Bodner and his loved ones. This company is lower scum than an Al Quada cell and harder to track down.
