NO ANSWER TO CALLS - HOME WARRANTY
Cook top has knobs that will not work for three of the burners. Have been trying to contact customer service with no success. There is no working phone, e-mails rejected... Have tried 1-877-782-7974 and 1-877-782-7987 repeatedly for more than a week, and it always says "all circuits are busy, please try again later". Should I assume that this company went out of business. Will make a formal complaint to BBB and Arizona Attorney General if I cannot get in touch with someone and get appliance repaired now. I want to get my $350 back asap if they are not going to stand behind their contract! Certainly appears to be a SCAM!!!
