When it comes to slum landlords (LORD knows) Remax Accent of Richmond Hill (in particularly John Clark) takes the cake. Talk about unethical, sneaky, low down, and dirty all wrapped up in one evil unprofessional slum property manager. This man will swindle you into a lease so quick that it will give you whip leash literally. He is a smooth talker that tries to justify his 'professionalism' with accrediting his previous military experience, BUT trust me this 'man' is not military friendly, nor is he professional in any manner. He is the worst-of-the-worst when it calls to business, work orders, and communicating effectively and efficiently. NOW i do not know this individual on a one-on-one basis, and have not seen him in PERSON in almost TWO years, but I KNOW his character as a 'want-to-be' professional and he is a smooth talking money taker that will rent out (probably even sale) properties that do not follow within the HEALTH DEPARTMENT standard code of livable conditions.
