Slum Lord!
Gabe "AKA" Riverview apartments refuses to fix any repairs and controls the premises as if his renters have no rights! He truly treats us like we live in his "home" not renting a apartment.
We moved into these apartments 2011 and currently still reside here due to a lease. The owner / management (Gabriel) is the biggest SLUM LORD out there! He's also a bully "Whom thinks he is God."
Since day one of us moving in we have been through h*ll living here!!! The "ROACHES" "BLACK WIDOWS" and other poisons spiders is just the icing on the cake.
Broken leaky sinks no hot water, mold growing every were! Insect invested!!! CEILING FALLING IN OVER THE TOILET!!!
I've called Inland fair housing and code enforcement on this guy 10 times I bet! He pays fines over and over again!!! He lies and tells them he's made the repairs and everything is up to code.
