Avoid this slum lord like the plague!!! She primarily rents to section 8, trailer trash tenants in the Kansas City metropolitan area. She promises a lot, but delivers nothing. We rented from her awhile ago and it was the same bs. She refused to fix anything on a timely basis, but promptly raised the rent in the beginning of winter. Her goons include Mark in maintenance, what a joke... Never, ever shows up on time!!! Also be prepared to forfeit most of your deposit!!! If you like living next door to trailer trash or worthless people on section 8, THIS IS THE SLUM LORD FOR YOU!!!
