Angel is the property manager and she is terrible. She never returns your phone calls, screams at you and calls you names when you try to get her to do her job. And every level of ownership is hidden from you. Robert Moazampour, the owner of this company has a laundry list of court appearances and arrests (just look it up in the Franklin County Courts). Not to mention how he got fired from his job with the county for using company/public time/money to further his own real estate business! And he was found guilty! How he got the license to own this company after that is beyond me. But he and she are terrible people. Simply awful. We had a bug problem at one of their properties and it wasn't until two months before we moved out and threatened escrow that they attempted to do anything—and this was after months and months of us sending them certified mail letters and having them refused by Angel (even though they were addressed to Robert and not the company, which is completely illegal). And all they did was clean out the basement! They refused to have an independent inspector come in to assess the problem, but instead relied on their maintenance man who never had any idea what he was doing... If he was even sober. Everyone in the house we lived in had issues with the roof caving in, or some part of the house falling into dis-repair. These people are heartless slum lords who have no problem collecting the rent, but when it comes to doing their jobs, that is the furthest thing from their mind. They were awful, treated us like scum, and did everything they could (which was doing nothing) to make our stay in that awful little house as miserable as possible.
If you are considering renting from these people DO NOT! It was the worst living conditions I have ever been forced to live in. Even when we tried to get out of the lease and sublet, they put up a fight and even "claimed" that our subleasor didn't have enough credit to sublease, which was total BS. They just enjoyed seeing us miserable. At least Angel did. She is the worst one there. She is malicious, ignorant, cruel, unprofessional, evil, and just plain lazy. If you ask her to do anything, she rolls her eyes and clicks her tongue like it's beneath her... Even though it is her job.
I just cannot emphasize how terrible these people are. They did nothing to make our stay better. They fought us tooth and nail about doing the badly needly repairs to get rid of the bug problem.instead, they just blamed it on us and called us horrible names. It was the worst. DO NOT rent from these people. And tell your friends not to either. Every time someone came up to the house to inquire if it was for rent, I told them about how awful these people are and told them to tell their friends. They are the worst of the worst of slum lords.
