If I would have seen this site prior to all my trouble with Sears, I wouldn't have ordered from Sears. All around bad service... Spoke repeatedly to different people, including managers and got the same song and dance. Paid for over night shipping and the package was still addressed incorrect... Did I mention I called Sears several times? Like I said different people same story... Address had to many characters. My question was then why will it fit on website and not on the actual shipping label? Bottom line paid for over night shipping and never got the part because their shipping label wouldn't accommodate my address.
