I will never use sears service again because i am being harassed by their marketing service 5 times a day!!! I registered for the do not call list 2 weeks ago and they are relentless and will not remove my # and will not stop calling. I have NEVER had such a bad customer experience with any company post purchase in my life. This is illegal and very non customer focused. Its sad that their marketing company is the one causing you to lose customers!
