I moved into this residence on January 7 and the first time it rained the ceiling started to leak. I reported it to Stephanie, the owner of the property. The maintenance guy came 1 week later and cut a hole 3' by 3' which stayed there until the middle of March. When the finally fixed the ceiling they did not repair the roof, causing it to continue to leak, again. The second bedroom has also began to leak ruining my 5 year old sons bed.

I also had the front door replaced in January when they stripped the screws on the dead bolt without putting the lock back in it. My front door has been without lock for 4 months now. When I complained about the screens on the window being broke the took them from the apartment. When overwhelmed with SO MANY BUGS inc. Moths, Termites, Carpenter Ants, and Mosquitoes, to the point that my son was swelling up due to the mosquito bites,

I called Rocky (maintenance man) 2 weeks after taking the screens, they could not find them. He came to the property and TAPED up all the windows in the apartment because the are broke and dont shut all the way. Stephanie has not once been to the property and does not seem to seem to have any plans on fixing any of the problems. When I asked for repairs she told me to move out with my son.
