Rips Off Agents and Clients

Know who you are dealing with. This company is owned by three people who also own Cucamonga Insurance, Parkfield Escrow, and PacWest Home Loans.

Owner 1: Badar Mansoor, steals commissions and clients from agents.

Owner 2: Julian Lopez, promises agents the world. Upon meeting with him to join this office he will promise you office leads and "state-of-the-art tools to help you". All leads generated by the office go to his wife, Leah Mitchell who has not been in the office for at least a year and still manages to "generate" so much business, convenient. He also scammed the IRS with a former company that he owned (car dealership).

Owner 3: Irfan Nazir, works mostly orginating home loans. Former husband of Jodie Lee Nazir (google Jodie Lee Nazir, Remax, arrested).

These three are a joke. They'll ask you to get pre-qualified with their lender (PacWest) and use their escrow (Parkfield), get a quote for Homeowner's Insurance (Cucamonga) and never inform you that this is all to make sure they make every penny off of your transaction.
