I purchased a microwave oven on 5/11/11
And not even a year later, the assy pcb board went bad, called customer service.
They sent a repairman the very next day
And it has been downhill ever since.
I've spoken to a least 5 people and spoken to excutive customer servic who didn't follow up on my order. I was told I would have a new microwave in 3-55 days, because of delay in the part. Called and asked to speak to a supervisor of all these service reps. And they didn't even have the courtesy to call back. I will never buy another samsung product there customer service is pitiful at best.
