Refund of deposit

January 17 had a sellers arrived at my house, we entered in to a deal for laminate floor and was guaranteed by him in addition to a record we closed, that people might cancel within 3 times and obtain our deposit back. On Jan18 I named to stop, likewise adopted directions on cancel doc to publish written down of cancel and might obtain my deposit within 10 times of receipt. Called 30days later and was informed a check was on the road in the San Fran workplace, it'd consider 10-14 business days. March 14 named and was informed a check was problems February 29

And provide it a later dateapproximately, actually offered me a check #. It's today March 29 I still have obtained NOTHING. I desire I'd have read all of the grievances online Before I'd them arrived at my home. Any suggestions about how I will get my deposit back.
