Was suposed to have 30 days to review materials did not receive took money from bank acc.in 13days

Ordered cleaning product was suposed to receive material for buyers mag. With 30days to review received no material in 13 days thay took 29.95 out of bank account called to cancel was told it would take 7 to 10 days to return to my account! If this is not a ripoff i dont know what is. Bi willnever order anything on computer again!!!
