The technican visited on two occasions since the appliance, Sears Refrigerator was not cooling well, on the first visit the repair part had not been received at the residence. He verified that the Thermostat would be mailed and delivered by the second following day. He called, verified the parts arrival and shortly thereafter arrived at the residence, installed the part, verified that the complaint was satisfied. He was efficient, professional in his conduct and personable in his inter-a ction with the customers. A most satisfied pair of customers rate his visit/performance as outstanding.
