Taking money from bank account. Subject is unk. Never signed for. No phone # to cancel or address

Got a bank notice of $29.95 that a unknown company GreatFun had taken it. Didn't order this. No phone # or e-mail to cancel. Never ordered this. Brought up on computer and neever seen it before.
