I ordered a new coat-tree from this company in mid-January; they received my check and it was cashed 1/16.By mid-February, I'm wondering when my new coat tree ($46) was. I called their customer service and was told it had not left the warehouse yet. HUH??? I was assured that it would be on it's way soon.
A week later, I checked with them via email and was told that it would leave the warehouse that week. That was on 2/22. I cancelled the order, and received a confirmation of the cancellation on the 24th, and the email said that the refund check would be mailed to me.
March 6, I sent them an email - where is my refund?

I sent them an email on 3/11 - they have not responded.
So today - 3/13 - I called them and was told that my refund "would be processed this week". Furthermore, I was informed that they only process refunds "twice each month". NOWHERE IN ANY EMAIL DID ANYONE TELL ME THAT THEY ONLY PROCESS TWICE MONTHLY.
I would not recommend anyone purhasing anything from this sleazy outfit - if you're lucky to get it at all, and it's not what you thought you purchased, you'll wait forever to get refunded your money.
