On March 5 I ordered a satellite dish and receiver, I paid with an Interac email money transfer to get a discount, this was a big mistake. About a week after my payment was received the told me the item was on back order and wouldnt be shipped until March 19.
On March 16 they sent an email saying that my order had been canceled and they would be sending a refund within 72 hours. After 4 days of nothing happening, I asked them when they would be sending the refund, someone emailed back to say Sometime in the next 72 hrs. Sorry for the delay.
Six days later I still have not gotten my money, I sent them another email and this was my reply: Sorry I've been sick, I will get this done this week. A week after that I STILL havent gotten my money so I email them again. I tell them that if its easier they can send me the money through paypal. He replies asking for my paypal ID, I send it to him and after that... No reply.
I have now sent him several emails and a paypal invoice and now they are not replying to any messages I send them. It's now over a month since my refund was promised and is seems that they have decided to keep my money. I have come to the conclusion that Amazing-Electronics is a SCAM and that people should not do business with these fraudsters.
