Request for Pet Policy

I would like for the company to consider a pet policy that mandates pets be leashed or kenneled when brought inside the service center. A fellow customer came in with his dog and it roamed free smelling people, jumping in laps, etc. I was extremely uncomfortable and opted to stand outside while the dog roamed free inside.
