We bought a childrens chair from Room 2 Go. The first chair fell apart less than a few months which was replaced and said that it was a default by set up so they provided us with another chair which also fell apart less than a few months but this time causing our son to go right through the chair hitting his head on the metal frame and wall the chair was infront of.
I have been calling the claims department for now 3 weeks and all they can say is put it in writing what you want? They have refunded us but no mention of anything else? They hurt my son and the sheer fact that I have been calling them every day means nothing to them not one call back from any manager to sort the matter out.
Today we sent them a email demanding acknowledgment before we take our next action and an assistant calls to which we told her to reply to the email so we have it in writing that they feel the matter is dealt with but they refuse to put anything in writing which makes us think we have a case against them...
