Recently my wife and I made a purchase of an LG appliance package from HD. We made the purchase one week before Thanksgiving with a delivery date of Dec. 2. On Nov. 30th we received a phone call letting us know the appliances ordered were on back order, and a new delivery date of Dec. 10th was given. On Dec. 7th we got the same phone call letting us know of the new delivery date of Dec. 21st. Really!
What kind of service is this? Be careful of buying anything that has to be delivered! You may get the runaround before you get the actual products purchased!
