On November 19, my husband and I purchased an LG Suite of Appliances - French Door Refrigerator, Smooth Top Oven, Dishwasher and Microwave. Once we proceeded to purchase, we were informed "oh, we're out of Stainless Steel" - the delivery date will be February 1. Since we were re-doing our kitchen, we decided to go ahead with the order. The Friday before our scheduled delivery date, we had a message from LG that the delivery would be delayed until February 16. I called the toll free number today and was told by a computer that our order would be delayed until February 24.
I have been a Home Depot customer since I first went in one in Atlanta in the early 80's. I will NO LONGER be a Home Depot customer. This is totally not acceptable. Were it not such a good deal we got, I would go get my money back tonight and go buy everything somewhere else. Perhaps HD would like to pay the difference! Yeah, right.
