I applied and received membership to Netflix. After 20 minutes after becoming a member, I noticed a policy that was NOT on the sign up page that I did not like. The account was supposed to be unlimited, but after acceptance, they have there is a limit on down loads of 15 per month. I called the customer service and they said the unlimited is for the mailed movies and that there is a $1 per download charge (this is what the $14.95 is for). This is not what their sign up form said, it just said unlimited.
Even though I did NOT use the service, did not down load any movies and was only registered for 20 minutes, they would not refund my $14.95. I was still charged even though there is a trial period.
Pure rip off and no appeal
Finally I had to have my bank remove the charge which caused me to have to fill out a fraud report and get a new ATM/Debit card.
