As we all know Jerry Carter is a crook. From the issues created from his payroll company to the home improvement company where he can;t seem to keep his promises.in late 2010 his company promised to install new windows. We handed over a $2500 check and waited. And waited. 2 Months. Finally I started making a bunch of calls. His former partner told us that he is not following up on work and not paying employees. Finally getting in touch with Jerry he made several promises that were never kept. They even promised to show up to begin work... Never happened. After going round and round by phone and by mail he finall shows up at my house in his nice BMW truck and hands us a check. He asked me to wait a few days for the deposit to clear. Which I did.
Knowing not to trust this CROOK, I went to the bank personally to cash the check. Now way I was going to deposit this in my account for it to bounce and be held acocutnable for a bad check. HIS bank told me there were insufficient funds. 3 days in a row. I finally get this clown on the phone again and he starts blaing the bank, trying to backpedal, getting defensive saying I should have deposited, not tried to cash it. Blah blah blah. He was counting on the bounce protection to pay me probably. I don't know. AllI know is I NORMALLY check with a bank to make sure there are sufficient funds before I try to cash a personal check.
I still have the check. The bank account is no longer valid. Oh and if you seacrh for Mr Jerry Carter you'll see that recently bounced mroe than a few checks on bad accounts. My hope is that he is in jail somewhere. Or will be. I won;t go out of my way to go after him because its not worth my tiem for that amoutn of money, but I will go out of my way to besmirch his name whenver I get a a chance. ALl my mails to and from him are documented. And I still have the bad check:-) SO Jerry if you read this, and try to lie to yourself (that's all I can assume he does to keep himself sane after all the scams he pulls) go ahead. You have WAY TOO MANY poeple who say the same about you: You're a loser and a thief. And you will get yours from someone, somewhere (if you haven;t already) in the end.
