Merchandise ordered, not delivered, company does not answer phone calls or emails

On 1/17, I ordered two plant stands from this company for a total price of $860.83. According to their website, my order would be processed within 1-2 weeks and would require another 2-7 days for shipping. They were supposed to send me an email when my order shipped. My credit card was charged the full amount on 1/17.

I tried to contact them by phone about a week after placing the order, because I was seeing some unusual things on my credit card statement. Even though I called midweek during business hours, my call went straight to voicemail; I left my name, phone number and order number. No one ever called me back. Over the next two weeks, I made approximately 5 more calls to this company; each time my call went directly to voicemail and was never returned. I also sent two emails to them in this period; neither was answered.

I searched the web to see if I was the only person having problems with them and found this site. I also found out that their local BBB had downgraded them to an F for not responding to similar complaints. At this point, I was out $860, my merchandise was overdue, and I was unable to get any response from Urban Garden Solutions. I sent them a certified letter, return reciept requested, detailing the problem and insisting they either ship my items or return my money. So far, I have not recieved a response to that letter either. It is my intention for forward a copy of all supporting documentation to my bank and request a chargeback, unless I hear from them in the next few days.
