On Nov. 3, I ordered planter boxes from Urban Garden Solutions. They immediately charged my credit card $574.00. According to the order confirmation, my items would ship in 2-7 days.
On Dec. 3. I e-mailed them to inquire about my order. I even tried to call them but only got to leave a message which was never returned. I got the one and only e-mail response from them stating they had not received any notification from the "closed" manufacturer, but would let me know.
I contacted the BBB of Alaska, Oregon, and Western Washington. They tried to contact the company, but got no response and closed my file.
Today is Feb. 1. I've recently tried to call them but the voicemail was full. I've sent at least two e-mails requesting a refund. I've been completely ignored.
