Bark off as seen on TV Add says $10 and the company charged me $80 on my credit card

I heard the tv add and logged on to the URL they said on the TV. I ordered one bark off and they charge $80 instead off $10 plus shipping. This fairfield NJ company selling as seen on TV products is a rippoff.
