I ORDERED (1) bark off and get one free bark off. For 10.00 dollors. I got (4) bark offs and was charged 20.00 and 27.96 for shipping

I ordered (1) bark off and were to get (1) free for $10.00. They kept trying to sell me more and more things so i hung up on them. When my oreder arrived there were (4) bark offs and they charged me $20.00 and $27.96 for shiping. They charged more for shipping then the cost of the bark offs. What a rip off. I understand they don't even work.
