I ordered these (2) deluxe model, when i ordered them i printed the receipt something i don't usuially do. Glad i did because my receipt says $43.96 that i printed and yet the receipt that came w / my proiduct says $47.60.
I didn't even notice this until i called to tell them the product doesn't work. And i wanted to just replace them at first until i was informed that when i returned them i would be paying for the shipping to return them, and i also would not be refunded my initial shipping charg of $13.98.
Now this $13.98 that i was charged to ship them to me, was for a package weighing less then 1 lb. And was shipped less then 50 miles from my house.
Now if all this wasn't enough, these products do not work. The light on them doesn't even light up! When i asked them about this i was told that this actually wasn't a light but a sensor of some sort, please i can see a red light in the little hole and it is off!
Either way the product is crap and this business is scamming you on the shipping alone. Don't be a fool as i was and get ripped off by them. Mine are going to be returned today, and yes i will again be paying for the shipping, what a rip off!
