When our rental was up for sale, my family needed to find a new home quickly. After looking for a couple of days, I found many 626 numbers located in craigslist, pennysaver and other ads. I decided to call for a house we saw in our local area. I was told to go into the office get the needed paper work started and they will give me the rental information.
So I went in and found myself paying $195.00 to get a list of rentals in my area of interest. I also was told that they would be contacting the owner, so I could view the property. However, I was tricked by Daphne. She told me she would contact me in 24 hours with an appointment. I'm still waiting for her call. They tell you to come in and get a new weekly list. You can do this, but the same addresses are given and of course no one contacts you for an appointment.
Then I called customer service, and Celina stated she would help me with an appointment. And I never received a call for any appointment. We needed a home so badly and they knew this, and this company took advantage of our situation, and never helped.
After my efforts to find a rental on my own, I found a perfect place. When I tried to get a refund, they would not comply. They didn't help me at all and they have every excuse not to refund anyone. I suggest no one use this company. Ever.
