I'm on Craig's List searching for an apartment and I find one with their number listed. I call to get information on the listing and the call rep answers the phone unprofessionally (not stating their company & who she is) and hesitant to give me information about the apartment unless I come down in person with $140.
It's Saturday and I go to the office and they are layed back but are informative. I also find 2 more rentals I'm also interested in from their rental list. The main rep, who was professional, was not organized.
After I paid them then I reread there contract policy to them stating that if within 5 days, they do not provide me with at least 3 Prospective Tenant "deals" meeting my specific standards, I get a refund.
They agreed.
I leave.
They never called me about any of my choices. I had to call them to find out. I even asked the phone rep to fax me a rental list with my specific standards and she faxes me a 14 page list, none in the area of my specifications.
After day 5, I call for a refund and the "professional" rep tells me I have to wait 90 days to get my refund. What's worse is I called the "corporate office" number listed in the contract & it's now "Yellow Cab".
