Monsterrentals post ads on craigslist.com. Their ads are anonymous... No phone numbers, no addresses, no contact info, only the anonymous email provided by craigslist.
When you email about the house/apartment for rent, you will receive an email like the following:
"Hello, Thank you for your rental inquiry. If you wish to set up an appointment to view our property, please visit www.Monsterrentals.com. We also have numerous other studio, apartment and house rentals you can choose from. No matter what your budget is and no matter what your credit score, hopefully we will be able to help you. Thank you."
When you get to their website, you can view properties, but you cannot get any info. You must register with the website and sign up with monthly automatic billing... A subscription.
The website provides no contact info... No phone, no physical address, nothing. There is no customer service. And the kicker... No properties. I had to call my bank to have them stop the charges to my card.
The website is a scam. None of the properties that are shown during the "free search" are actually listed once you pay. The website trolls craigslist.
If you want to find a property, do a google search for a rental agency. I have been working with several rental agencies for FREE.
