Bought the Home Warranty. Air conditioner is leaking water. They sent out 3 "professionals" that couldn't find the discharge line out of the house so "it wasn't covered because they couldn't access". I (single female) found the discharge line. Now they won't cover because it doesn't effect the air-conditioning unit (it still runs, it's just leaking water all over my house.
I have to pay for my own company to come out and clear the line. They won't cover any of the subsequent damage because it's secondary, as a result of the water leaking all over because they won't clear the line.By the way, they had one of they're "professionals out last Oct. And he cleared the line then. What changed? More damage this time? Oh, yeah, it took them 5 days to figure this out.
Meanwhile, again, I have water leaking all over. I will file a Request for Assistance with the State of California Dept. Of Insurance but apparently they don't really seem to care about that.
