I purchased a kenmore refrigerator june on line from sears, called sears august water leaking under refrigerator repairman installed new water pan, called again same problem, repairman came oct. 2nd he said he couldn"t find anything wrong but if it happened again to call. June water again leaking, called sears i was told my warranty expired june 13th i called june 14th i had to purchase a special 1 year warranty for $251.00 because it needed repairs. My grievance is the problem was never taken care of in oct. 2009 when it was fully covered the repairman couldn't find the problem. I am not a repairman, i talked to various sears reps and got no where, they told me to go on line and file a complaint ;i don't think i was treated fairly
