I fall today with this site and that I am only a little confused: I possess a OME 620-N for 5 years today, and following the installation troubleshooting we never needed to do something for this again. About the evening of the installment the system was temperamental and that I was really disappointed following the plumber it raise his fingers within the atmosphere. We e-mail the manufacturer and after i delivered the e-mail i contact them, simply to abandon a note (was something similar to 5AM Pacific!) Surprise, a technology replied and that I went with him within the instillation and that I discovered that is just a tap crossing over. I turn off the new water to that particular tap and also the device worked just like a desire. I've no criticism and only praises concerning the support and item.
