Incompetent plumbers and customer support staff

Had issue having a leaky tap and heated water turn off device. One plumber that insurance provider delivered could not take away the tap and desired to cost additional $90 to reduce it down. Next plumber they delivered stated he is able to take away the tap but cannot do the job until the turn off device is change first - he can't turn off the water by closing off the primary point, suppose. Notice, both plumbers had really large western Western highlight and was very difficult to comprehend them.

Contact the insurance provider to sort out the problem using the plumbers was totally ineffective. The brokers have not the smallest thought by what is certainly going on, they simply keep spouting that "our certified plumbers stated this which". Kept finding facts confused. I spoke to 3 of these plus they all seemed like spiders.

Therefore, used to do the job myself - could take away the previous tap (had no decay or deterioration) and place a brand new one in, and transformed the turn off device. Exactly what the plumbers stated they mightnot do until I spend them more income.
