Purchased this device 3 years before completely new and had it is installed by the contractor.inside the first 6 months no heated water. Therefore I was delivered by the technology from Navien up towards the loft where it's mounted to wash the movement indicator. Today I told him and am not really a plumber. But I worked through it. Today some more and 2.5 years later cleansing of the indicator the system has become dripping water into my loft. Rather than the technology getting cost he informs me I'll have to contact out a plumber to confirm the guarantee he then may deliver a new panel and arms along with brand new tubes for that device. I reach spend again for that plumber substitute their faulty components they must have gotten right the very first time once they produced the system and in the future out.in my own loft the system continues to be dripping within the mean-time. When the Navien understands what components as their technology recommended then why they have to deliver not simply deliver the component and so I just spend the plumber? Additionally when they understand what components understand it and they have to deliver than they've had numerous problems had been badly stated in the place.
